Jewelry is meant to be worn, enjoyed, and passed down. When a piece needs repair, it deserves the same level of care and craftsmanship that went into creating it.

Our jewelry repairs are performed by highly skilled master jewelers with extensive experience working in gold, platinum, sterling silver, and other precious materials. From routine repairs and maintenance to more complex restoration and custom work, each piece is carefully evaluated and handled with precision.

Our repair services include everything from soldering and stone replacement to prong and setting repairs, chain and clasp work, ring sizing, pearl restringing, engraving, and restoration of treasured or vintage pieces.

We take the time to understand what your jewelry needs and recommend the appropriate repair — with the goal of preserving the beauty, integrity, and longevity of every piece entrusted to us.

Watch Services

We offer convenient watch services for many of the everyday needs that come with owning and wearing a watch. Our services include battery, pin, and gasket replacement for quartz watches, bracelet and band sizing, and minor adjustments and repairs.

If a watch requires more extensive service or a battery replacement does not resolve an issue, we’ll help determine the appropriate next step. Depending on the watch and the nature of the problem, that may mean recommending service through the manufacturer or directing you to one of our specialists with the equipment and expertise required for more complex watch work.

Watch battery replacement pricing can vary depending on the watch. While most watch batteries are similar in cost, some watches require additional labor, specialized tools, or specific techniques to access and replace the battery properly. We’re happy to let you know the cost before proceeding whenever a watch requires more than a standard battery replacement.

We believe in being straightforward about what we can do well — and just as importantly, knowing when a watch is better served by a specialist.

Watch batteries: $4.00+tax
Watch band sizing: $8.00+tax

Valid identification required. Applies to standard watch batteries and sizings only - subject to our discretion, availability, and battery inventory at time of service. We will always do our very best to accommodate a customer present in our store, but if experiencing a higher customer volume, we may ask if you can leave your watch for pick-up at a later time. Due to engineering, construction, materials used or means used to construct and/or set & reseal some watch cases, we will adjust our fee on select watches to align with fair market rates on any labor, time, expertise, and parts for your watch.
